If you are near the Luas tram line, take the Green Line tram towards Broombridge. Get off at the Stephen's Green stop. From there, exit towards the north side of St. Stephen's Green park, walk straight through the park towards Merrion Square. The National Gallery of Ireland is located on Merrion Square West, just a short walk from the park.

If you are already in the city center, you can walk to the National Gallery of Ireland. Start at Trinity College Dublin, head south towards Nassau Street, then take a left onto Kildare Street. Continue on Kildare Street until you reach Merrion Square. The gallery is located on Merrion Square West, and you will see the entrance as you approach the square.
