Bus
From Galway city, walk to the Eyre Square Bus Station. Take Bus 350 towards Ennistymon. Enjoy the scenic ride for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the Carran stop. From the bus stop, it's a 10-minute walk to The Burren Perfumery. Head south on the main road (R476) towards Carran village. The perfumery will be on your left at Fahee North, marked by a sign.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Galway. Head out of the city towards the R336 road. Follow signs for the N67 and continue until you reach Carran. The total distance is about 30 kilometers and will take roughly 2 hours. The Burren Perfumery is located at Fahee North, just off the main road. Be cautious of the traffic and enjoy the beautiful countryside along the way.
Walking Tour
For the adventurous, consider walking part of the way. Start at the Claddagh area in Galway and follow the river out of the city. Keep heading in the direction of the R336 towards Kinvara, which is approximately 20 kilometers away. From Kinvara, you can catch a bus (Bus 350) to Carran. This journey will take most of the day but offers a unique view of the Irish landscape.
