From the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre, head southeast on the A2 towards Ballycastle. Continue on the A2 for approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 km). As you approach Ballycastle, you will see signs for Cushendall Road (A43). Turn right onto Cushendall Road (A43) and continue for about 1.2 miles (2 km). Bonamargy Friary will be on your right at the address 43 Cushendall Rd, Ballycastle BT54 6QR. There is free parking available near the friary.

From the Giant's Causeway, you can take a bus from the nearest bus stop located near the Visitor Centre. Look for the Bus Éireann service towards Ballycastle. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Ballycastle, disembark at the main bus stop and walk approximately 0.7 miles (1.1 km) along Cushendall Road (A43) to reach Bonamargy Friary, which will be on your left at 43 Cushendall Rd, Ballycastle BT54 6QR.
