Car
If you are driving from the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre, start by heading southeast on Causeway Road (A2) towards the A2. Continue for approximately 2 miles, then turn left onto the B62 towards Portrush. Follow the B62 for about 4 miles, then turn right onto the A2. Continue on this road for about 1 mile, and you will reach The Slot, located at Portrush BT56 8WA. There is usually free street parking available nearby.

To reach The Slot via public transportation, start from the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre. Take the bus service (such as the Translink Service 172) towards Portrush. The bus stop is located near the Visitor Centre. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Disembark at the Portrush Main Street stop. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to The Slot. Head southwest on Main Street, then take a left onto Causeway Street which leads you directly to The Slot at Portrush BT56 8WA.

If you prefer to walk from the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre to The Slot, it is approximately 2.3 miles and will take around 50 minutes. Start by heading southeast on Causeway Road towards the coast. Follow the path that leads you past the iconic hexagonal columns of the Giant's Causeway and continue along the coastal walk. This scenic route will take you into the area of Portrush, where you can find The Slot at Portrush BT56 8WA, providing beautiful views along the way.
