Getting There

    If you are in the center of Kilkenny, start at the Kilkenny Castle. Walk east on The Parade towards the bridge. Cross the bridge over the River Nore. Continue straight onto John Street until you reach the intersection with Parliament Street. Turn left onto Parliament Street, and Rothe House & Garden will be on your right, at number 16.

    If you are at the Smithwick's Experience, exit the building and head east on St. Francis Abbey towards the river. Cross the street and walk along the riverbank until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge, then turn left onto John Street. Follow John Street to Parliament Street and turn left. Rothe House & Garden will be on your right at 16 Parliament Street.
