If you are starting from Kilkenny Castle, exit the castle grounds and head east on Castle Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Parade. Turn left onto the Parade and continue until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with High Street. Cross the street at the lights and continue onto High Street. Follow High Street until you reach the junction with Friary Street. Turn right onto Friary Street, and the Capuchin Friary will be on your left, just a short walk down the road.

If you are at St. Canice's Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and head down the hill towards the city center. As you approach the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Green Street. Continue straight and after a few minutes, you will reach the junction with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and continue until you reach Friary Street. Turn right onto Friary Street, and the Capuchin Friary will be on your left.
