From Dublin, take the M1 motorway towards Belfast. Exit at Junction 14 for the R173 toward Carlingford. Follow the R173 for approximately 20 km until you reach Carlingford. Once in Carlingford, follow signs for the town center. The Carlingford Adventure Centre is located on Tholsel St, in the Liberties of Carlingford. Parking is available nearby, but check local signs for any parking fees.

From Dublin, take a bus from Busáras (Dublin's central bus station) to Dundalk. You can use Bus Éireann or other coach services that run regularly.
