Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're in Salthill, start by walking towards the Salthill Promenade. Head northwest along the promenade until you reach the end, where it meets the main road, R336. Continue straight onto R336, passing by the beach on your left. Keep walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with the N67. Turn right onto N67, and follow it for approximately 25 minutes. You'll see signs directing you to the Cliffs of Moher. Continue following the signs until you reach the visitor center.

    From Salthill, walk to the nearest bus stop on the R336 near the Promenade. Take the bus number 350 towards Ennistymon. The bus will take you directly towards the Cliffs of Moher. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when to get off at the Cliffs of Moher visitor center, which is well-marked.
