If you are starting from the Salthill Promenade, head west along the promenade towards the Seapoint area. You will enjoy beautiful views of Galway Bay as you walk. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The Galway Atlantaquaria is located at Seapoint Promenade, Galway, H91 T2FD, right at the end of the promenade, directly facing the sea.

From Salthill, you can take a local bus to reach Galway Atlantaquaria. Look for the bus stop on the main road (Ocean Wave) near the Salthill Hotel. Bus routes 1, 2, and 3 will take you towards Galway City. Board the bus heading towards the city center, and ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Seapoint Promenade. Once you get off, walk towards the coast, and you will see the aquarium within a short walk.
