Getting There

    If you are starting from the Salthill Promenade, walk towards the ocean. Continue along the Promenade until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Lower Salthill Road (also known as the R336). Walk straight along this road for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to the Circle of Life Commemorative Garden on your left. The garden is located near the end of the road, just before you reach the intersection with Threadneedle Road.

  • Public Transport

    From Salthill, you can take a local bus that goes towards Galway city center. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and travel for a couple of stops. Disembark at the stop closest to the Lower Salthill Road. From there, walk back towards Lower Salthill Road (the bus will take you away from the ocean). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Circle of Life Commemorative Garden on your left.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle along the Promenade. Start at the Salthill Promenade, heading west towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, turn onto Lower Salthill Road (R336).
