If you are driving from the main Slieve League parking area, head west on the R263 road towards Teelin. After approximately 4.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Glenlough Bay on your left. Turn left onto Glenlough Bay Road and continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area. From there, you can take a short walk to the bay.
