From The Kerry Way, head towards Killarney. If you are starting from the popular stop at Killarney National Park, exit the park and take the N71 road towards Killarney town. Follow the signs for 'Killarney' and merge onto the N22. Continue on N22 for about 3 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the N72, and after approximately 1 kilometer, turn left onto New Street. St Mary's Cathedral will be on your right after about 200 meters. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for possible parking fees.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Killarney town. Several bus services operate from various towns along The Kerry Way, including the Kerry Coaches and Bus Éireann. Once you arrive at the Killarney Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the town center. Walk along Main Street, then turn right onto New Street. St Mary's Cathedral is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station, located on your left after approximately 800 meters.
