Upon arrival in Portmagee, you can walk to the Skellig Experience Visitor Centre to purchase your tickets for the boat trip to Skellig Michael. The boat trip costs approximately €40-€60 per person. Once on the boat, enjoy the scenic views as you travel to Skellig Michael, where you will find Mainistir Fhionáin.

The only way to reach Mainistir Fhionáin (St. Fionan’s Monastery) is by taking a boat from Portmagee.
