Getting There

  • Bus

    Start by making your way to the Douglas Bus Station located in the town center. From there, take the bus number 3 or 4 towards Port Erin. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. You will need to alight at the Cregneash stop, which is well marked. Once you get off the bus, walk along Cregneash Road for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Cregneash, where the scenic spot and museum is located.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, head towards the seafront promenade from the center of Douglas. Walk south along the promenade until you reach the end where the road turns into the A5. Continue walking along the A5 towards Port Erin. After about 1.5 miles, keep an eye out for signs towards Cregneash. Follow the signs turning onto Cregneash Road, and after a short walk of about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Cregneash.

  • Taxi

    You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Douglas to Cregneash. Just tell the driver to take you to Cregneash Road, Cregneash, Isle of Man IM9 5PX. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
