On Foot
From the center of Douglas, head towards the promenade along the coast. Walk south along the promenade, enjoying the scenic views of the sea. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade near the Manx Museum. At this point, you will see a sign for the coastal path leading to Port Soderick. Follow this path, which will take you through a few residential areas and along the coast. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach Port Soderick Beach. The beach is located directly below the cliffs, offering a peaceful spot to relax.
Bus
From the main bus station in Douglas, take the bus number 1 or 2 that heads towards Port Erin or Castletown. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Port Soderick stop. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk down the path that leads towards the beach. It should take about 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop to Port Soderick Beach.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Douglas. Start by cycling along the promenade heading south.
