Walking
From Manger Square in Bethlehem, head east on Star Street towards the Church of the Nativity. Continue straight until you reach the end of the square and turn left onto the main road. Walk approximately 300 meters until you reach the checkpoint to Jerusalem. Pass through the checkpoint and follow the signs towards the Old City of Jerusalem. Once in the Old City, continue walking and look for the signs directing you to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The church is located in the Christian Quarter of the Old City.

From Manger Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the nearby Bethlehem bus station. Take a bus that is heading towards Jerusalem (look for buses marked 'Jerusalem' or 'City Center'). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the central bus station in Jerusalem, walk approximately 15 minutes to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre by following Jaffa Street and then turning right onto David Street, which leads into the Old City. Follow the signs to the Christian Quarter where the church is located.
