Bus
From your location in Holon, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take Bus 8 or Bus 19, which will take you towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Rothschild Blvd' stop. From there, transfer to Bus 77 towards Jerusalem. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach the 'Ha-Tzukim Ln' stop. The Church of Saint John the Baptist will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Head to the Holon-Wolfson train station. Take the train heading towards Jerusalem (Line to Jerusalem) and travel for about 50 minutes. Disembark at the 'Jerusalem - Yitzhak Navon' station. From the train station, you can catch a bus (Bus 77) towards 'Ha-Tzukim Ln'. It should take around 20 minutes. The church is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you are near the center of Holon, you can walk to the Holon-Wolfson train station. From there, take the aforementioned train to Jerusalem.
