From central Shephelah, take Route 44 towards Jerusalem. After about 25 km, merge onto Route 1 towards Jerusalem. Follow signs for Jerusalem and continue on Route 1 until you reach the city. Once in Jerusalem, follow signs for Ein Karem. Take the exit for Ein Karem and continue on Ein Karem Street until you reach the entrance of Ein Karem National Park. There may be parking available near the park entrance, but it's advisable to check for any applicable parking fees.

From various locations in Shephelah, you can take a bus to Jerusalem's central bus station. Buses are available from towns such as Be'er Sheva and Modiin. Once you arrive at the central bus station in Jerusalem, transfer to bus number 34 or 36, which goes directly to Ein Karem. The bus ride from the central bus station to Ein Karem takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to have a public transportation card (Rav Kav) to pay for your fare.
