If you are driving from Jerusalem, take Route 1 (Tel Aviv-Jerusalem Highway) from the city center. After about 15 km, take the exit toward Route 60 (Bethlehem). Continue on Route 60 for approximately 30 km, passing through Bethlehem and towards the Judean Desert. Follow signs for 'Ma'ale Adumim' and 'Dead Sea' until you reach Route 90. Take a right onto Route 90 and continue for about 10 km. Look for the signs indicating 'Mary’s Spring' and follow the dirt road leading to the spring area. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for unpaved roads if you plan to drive all the way to the spring.

Start your journey from Jerusalem's central bus station. Take the Egged bus number 21 towards Ma'ale Adumim. This bus runs frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ma'ale Adumim, you will need to take a taxi to reach Mary's Spring as there is no direct public transport to the spring itself. The taxi ride should take around 20 minutes and cost approximately 50-70 NIS, depending on traffic and time of day.
