Take a bus to the Old City area. Routes 1, 3, 5, and 7 from various parts of Jerusalem will get you close to the Old City. Disembark at the 'Davidka Square' stop. Once you reach the Jaffa Gate, enter the Old City and follow the signs to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which is about a 15-minute walk from the gate.
