Car
From the city center of Jerusalem, head northeast on King David Street toward Jaffa Street. Continue onto Shmuel HaNavi Street, then take a left onto Sderot Ben Gurion. Follow the signs for the Hebrew University and Mount Scopus. You will drive through the Mount Scopus Tunnel, and as you exit, follow the signs to the Mount Scopus campus. There are parking facilities available, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the city center, walk to the Central Bus Station (Tachana Merkazit). Take bus number 18 or 30, which goes directly to Mount Scopus. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to have a Rav Kav card for easier payment; a single ride ticket costs around 5.90 ILS. Get off at the 'Har HaTzofim' stop, which is close to the Hebrew University campus. From there, you can walk to the scenic viewpoints on Mount Scopus.
Public Transportation (Light Rail)
Take the Jerusalem Light Rail from the city center towards the 'Hebrew University' station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Hebrew University' station, follow the signs towards the university campus. There may be a short uphill walk to reach the viewpoints on Mount Scopus. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which costs around 5.90 ILS.
