From the city center, walk to the nearest bus stop for lines 21, 24, or 25. These buses operate frequently and will take you towards Ma'ale Adumim. Get off at the 'Ma'ale Adumim' bus station. From there, the museum is about a 10-15 minute walk. Head east on Ein Gedi Street, then turn left onto Hatzofim Street. Continue straight until you see the signs for the Museum of the Good Samaritan.

Take the Jerusalem Light Rail from the Central Station towards the 'Hebrew University' line. Disembark at the 'Mount Herzl' station. From there, transfer to bus line 21, 24, or 25 towards Ma'ale Adumim. After arriving at the 'Ma'ale Adumim' bus station, follow Ein Gedi Street eastward, turning left onto Hatzofim Street until you reach the museum.
