From Modi'in, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 'Modi'in Central Bus Station'. Take bus line 180 towards Jerusalem. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the 'Jerusalem Central Bus Station'. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards 'Jaffa Street'. From there, take tram line 1 towards 'Mount Herzl'. Get off at the 'Kiryat Moshe' stop. After exiting the tram, walk north towards Ma'ale ha-Kohanim Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Jewish Cemetery at Q6HR+265.

From Modi'in, head to 'Modi'in Train Station'. Take the train towards Tel Aviv. Get off at 'Lod' station and transfer to a train heading to Jerusalem. After arriving at 'Jerusalem Malha' station, take bus line 71 or 74 towards 'Kiryat Moshe'. Get off at the 'Kiryat Moshe' bus stop. From there, walk north along Ma'ale ha-Kohanim Street for about 10 minutes to reach the Jewish Cemetery at Q6HR+265.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Modi'in and head towards the nearest public transport stop. You can then take a bus to Jerusalem. Once in Jerusalem, you can walk from the 'Central Bus Station' towards Ma'ale ha-Kohanim Street. It will take around 1.5 hours to reach the Jewish Cemetery if walking directly, so ensure you are prepared for a longer journey. Follow the main roads and use local maps for guidance.
