If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through the Lion's Gate. Once outside, you will find yourself on Ma'ale HaShalom Street. Head straight down the street until you reach the intersection with Sultan Suleiman Street. Turn right and continue walking until you see the entrance to the Garden of Gethsemane on your left. From there, follow the signs towards the Mount of Olives. The Tomb of the Virgin is located just a little further up the hill, look for the signs indicating its direction.

From the central bus station in Jerusalem, take bus number 75 or 77 towards the Mount of Olives. The buses are frequent and will drop you off near the entrance to the Mount of Olives. After disembarking, walk towards the path leading up the mountain, following signs to the Tomb of the Virgin. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes uphill.
