Public Transport
To reach Bethesda in Jerusalem from Ramat Gan, start by walking to the nearest bus stop. If you are in central Ramat Gan, you can catch the 47 bus towards Tel Aviv. Get off at the 'Tel Aviv Central Bus Station'. From there, transfer to the Egged bus line 480 heading to Jerusalem. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, exit and take tram line 1 towards 'Mount Herzl'. Get off at the 'City Hall' station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Bethesda. Head southeast on King George Street, turn right onto Agron Street, and continue straight until you reach your destination.
Train
Begin by walking to the Ramat Gan train station. Take a train heading towards Jerusalem. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes roughly 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Malha station, you can take bus 68 or 77 towards the City Center. Get off at the 'King George St.' stop, and from there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Head east on King George Street, then turn right onto Agron Street, continuing straight until you arrive at Bethesda.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare app. Simply enter Bethesda, Jerusalem as your destination. The ride will take approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Ensure you have some local currency or a credit card ready for payment.
