If you're starting at the Safed Old City, head east on Jerusalem Street towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tet Vav Street. Turn left onto Tet Vav Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see גן פסלים ציפר on your right, just past the small park.

From the Safed central bus station, exit and head south on Ha-Rav Kook Street. Walk until you reach the intersection with Jerusalem Street. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the Tet Vav Street intersection. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. גן פסלים ציפר will be on your right.
