Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Mareta from your current location in Alto Adige. Use the A22 autostrada and take the exit for Bressanone. From Bressanone, follow signs for Mareta. Once in Mareta, navigate to Kirchdorf. Castel Wolfsthurn is located at Kirchdorf, 25. There is free parking available near the castle.
Public Transportation
To reach Castel Wolfsthurn via public transportation, start by taking a train to Bressanone. From Bressanone, transfer to a local bus that heads to Mareta. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary. Once you arrive in Mareta, you can walk to Castel Wolfsthurn which is located at Kirchdorf, 25. The total cost for the train and bus should be around €5-10 depending on your starting location.
Walking
If you are already in Mareta and prefer to walk, you can easily reach Castel Wolfsthurn from the town center. It is about a 15-20 minute walk. Head north on the main road until you reach Kirchdorf. Follow the signs for Castel Wolfsthurn once you enter Kirchdorf.
