    To reach Wilder See by car, start from the nearest major city, Bressanone (Brixen). Take the SS12 road towards Mühlbach. After approximately 10 km, turn left onto the road towards Lago di Selvaggio. Follow the signs for Wilder See. There is a parking area near the lake, and parking is free.

    For public transportation, take a train from Bolzano to Bressanone (Brixen). Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. From Bressanone, you can catch a bus (Line 313) to Mühlbach. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Mühlbach - Centro' and walk for approximately 1.5 km along the marked trail to reach Wilder See.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk from Mühlbach, after getting off the bus at 'Mühlbach - Centro', head towards the town center and follow the signs for Lago di Selvaggio.
