If you are traveling by car from the Amalfi Coast, take the SS163 road towards Naples. As you get closer to Naples, follow the signs for 'Centro' to merge onto the A56 highway. Continue on the highway until you reach the exit for 'Piazza Garibaldi'. Once you exit, follow signs for 'Corso Meridionale' and then 'Vico Cinquesanti'. There is limited street parking nearby, so be prepared to find a parking lot or garage. The Roman Theater of Neapolis is located at Vico Cinquesanti, 13, 80138 Napoli NA.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach the Roman Theater of Neapolis using public transportation, take the SITA bus from your location on the Amalfi Coast to Salerno. From Salerno, board a train to Napoli Centrale. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, transfer to the Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola and get off at the 'Dante' station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Vico Cinquesanti. Follow signs to Via Toledo, then turn onto Vico Cinquesanti, where the theater is located.
