Getting There

Walking
From the Amalfi Cathedral (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea), head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi. Continue along this street until you reach the main road, Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Turn left onto Via Giuseppe Mazzini and walk straight until you reach the bus stop at Piazza Flavio Gioia. Here, you can catch a bus to Naples. Once you arrive in Naples, you can use the Metro or walk to reach Riviera di Chiaia. If you choose to walk, head towards Via Toledo, then follow signs towards the waterfront. Riviera di Chiaia will be along the coast.

To get to Riviera di Chiaia from Amalfi, start at the Amalfi bus station located at Piazza Flavio Gioia. Board the SITA bus heading to Salerno. After about 1 hour, you'll reach Salerno. From Salerno, transfer to a train heading to Naples. Once in Naples, transfer to the Metro Line 2 and get off at the Mergellina station. Upon exiting the station, walk towards the waterfront and follow the promenade to reach Riviera di Chiaia.
