Car
If you're driving, head towards Aosta city center. From the Aosta Sud exit of the A5 motorway, follow signs for Aosta. Once in the city, navigate to Strada Saumont, which is located just a few minutes away from the center. The park is at Strada Saumont, 6, 11100 Aosta. There is ample parking available nearby, but be aware of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Parco Saumont using public transport, take a local bus from the Aosta bus station. Lines 1 and 2 serve routes that go towards the park. Make sure to check the latest schedule, as services may vary. Get off at the stop closest to Strada Saumont, and from there, it’s a short walk to the park entrance. A single bus ticket costs around €1.50.
Walking
If you’re already in Aosta, you can walk to Parco Saumont. Starting from the city center, walk towards the train station, then follow Via Monte Emilius north until you reach Strada Saumont. The park entrance will be easily visible. The walk takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace.
