If you are driving from Aosta, take the SR26 road towards Verrès. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach the town of Verrès, look for signs directing you to Verrès Castle (Castello di Verrès). The castle is located at Località Château, 11029 Verrès AO. There is parking available near the castle, so you can conveniently park and walk up to the entrance.
Public Transportation - Train
To reach Verrès Castle using public transport, take a train from Aosta to Verrès. The trains are operated by Trenitalia and the journey takes approximately 22 minutes. Once you arrive at Verrès train station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs directing you to the castle, which is about a 20-minute walk uphill from the station. Make sure to check the train schedules ahead of time, as they may vary.
Public Transportation - Bus
You can also take a bus from Aosta to Verrès. The bus service is operated by SAVDA and runs regularly throughout the day. The journey takes about 40 minutes.
