From the center of Arezzo, head towards Via Roma and walk north. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Viale Michelangelo. Turn left onto Viale Michelangelo and follow it until you reach the bus station, Stazione degli Autobus. From there, you can catch a bus to Montepulciano. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance. Once you arrive in Montepulciano, exit the bus station and walk towards the main square, Piazza Grande, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. The Cathedral of Saint Mary Of The Assumption is located right on the edge of the square.
