Upon arrival at Passignano sul Trasimeno, exit the station and follow the signs towards the lake. It is about a 15-minute walk to Lago Trasimeno.

From the central bus station in Arezzo, take the bus towards Passignano sul Trasimeno. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule upon arrival. The journey should take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Passignano sul Trasimeno, follow the signs leading to the lake, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and would like to walk, you can take a scenic route from Arezzo to Lago Trasimeno, but be prepared for a lengthy journey of approximately 20 kilometers. Start from the city center, head northwest towards the countryside, and follow the signs towards Lago Trasimeno. This route will take you through beautiful landscapes but may take several hours, so it’s advisable to start early in the day.
