From Assisi, you can take a direct bus to Perugia from the Assisi bus terminal located near the train station. The buses run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive in Perugia, disembark at the main bus station. Exit the station and follow the path toward the center of Perugia. Take Via dei Filosofi, which will lead you directly to Corso Vannucci.
Train
Although there is no direct train from Assisi to Perugia, you can take a train from Assisi to the nearest major station, which is Foligno. From Foligno, transfer to a train heading to Perugia. Once you reach Perugia's train station, exit and walk towards the center of the city. Follow the signs directing you to Corso Vannucci, which is the main pedestrian street.
