Walking
From the central Piazza del Comune in Assisi, head southeast towards Via San Francesco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giovanni Battista. Turn left onto Via Giovanni Battista and walk until you reach the end of the street. Then, turn right onto Via Frate Elia. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the road, where you will see the bus station of Assisi. From the bus station, take a bus heading to Perugia. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
Public Transport
Start at the Assisi train station. After exiting the station, look for the bus stop located just outside. Board a bus that is heading towards Perugia. Ensure you check the bus schedule for available times. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Perugia, the bus will drop you off near the city center. From there, you can walk to P.za Ignazio Danti by heading east on Via dei Priori, then turn left onto Via della Repubblica, and continue straight until you reach the square.
Walking and Public Transport
From the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi, walk downhill towards the Assisi train station. Once at the station, catch a train to Perugia. The train ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. After arriving at Perugia's train station, exit and walk towards the city center. Follow signs for P.za Ignazio Danti, which is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. You will walk straight down Viale Roma and then continue onto Via dei Priori until you reach the square.
