Catch the bus number 1 (or similar) that goes towards Castellana Grotte. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazza Franco Anelli' stop, which is right in front of the Grotte di Castellana entrance.

From Bari city center, head to the 'Corso Italia' bus stop. Purchase a ticket for the 'Miccolis' bus line that goes directly to Castellana Grotte. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the exact times. Once you arrive at the 'Piazza Franco Anelli' bus stop, you will be right in front of the Grotte di Castellana.
