    From Bari Central Station (Stazione di Bari Centrale), take a train towards Polignano a Mare. Trains to Polignano run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Polignano a Mare station, exit the station and turn left onto Via Duca degli Abruzzi. Continue straight until you reach the coast, where you can find Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo.

    At Bari Central Station, look for the bus terminal located right outside the station. Take the number 10 bus towards Polignano a Mare. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. After arriving in Polignano a Mare, you will need to walk towards the coastline. Head towards Via Roma and then walk to Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, which is a scenic promenade along the sea.
