From the city center of Bergamo, walk to the bus stop 'Bergamo - Stazione' (approximately 10 minutes from Piazza Vecchia). Take bus line 1 towards 'Milan'. The bus will take you directly to 'Milano Centrale', which is the main train station in Milan. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Milano Centrale', follow the signs to the metro.

At 'Milano Centrale', purchase a ticket for the metro line M2 (green line) in the direction of 'Cascina Gobba'. Get off at 'Garibaldi FS' station (3 stops). From there, transfer to M5 (purple line) towards 'Zara' and get off at 'Monumentale' station (2 stops). Upon exiting the station, head southwest on Via Federico Confalonieri and turn right onto Via Gaetano de Castillia. BAM - Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano will be on your right after a 10-minute walk.

From Bergamo train station, take a direct train to 'Milano Centrale'. The journey takes about 50 minutes. After arriving at 'Milano Centrale', follow the instructions for the metro. Take the M2 line towards 'Cascina Gobba' and get off at 'Garibaldi FS'. From there, transfer to M5 (purple line) towards 'Zara' and get off at 'Monumentale'. Follow the walking directions as mentioned above.
