Once you arrive at Milan's Lampugnano bus station, take Metro Line 1 (Red Line) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Change at Duomo station to Line 3 (Yellow Line) towards Comasina. Get off at the Duomo station and follow the same walking directions as mentioned above to reach Chiesa di Santa Maria Incoronata.
