Travel Guide to Piazza Quattro Novembre

Getting There

• Metro

  If you are near the Duomo di Milano, take the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) from Duomo station towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Alight at the 5th stop, Centrale FS. From Centrale FS, switch to Metro Line 2 (Green Line) towards Abbiategrasso. Travel 2 stops and get off at Garibaldi FS. From Garibaldi FS, you can exit and walk to Piazza Quattro Novembre, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Head east on Corso Como, turn left onto Via Melchiorre Gioia, and then left onto Piazza IV Novembre.

• Tram

  From the central area, locate a tram stop for Tram Line 9. Board the tram heading towards Porta Genova. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Centrale FS'. From here, you can switch to Metro Line 2 (Green Line) towards Abbiategrasso and travel 2 stops to Garibaldi FS. Exit the station and walk to Piazza Quattro Novembre, which is a 15-minute walk. Head east on Corso Como, turn left onto Via Melchiorre Gioia, and then left onto Piazza IV Novembre.

• Walking

  If you are in the area of Corso Buenos Aires, head towards the central station (Centrale FS). Once at Centrale FS, you can easily access Piazza Quattro Novembre. It is about a 20-minute walk. Start by heading south on Corso Buenos Aires, turn right onto Via Melchiorre Gioia, and continue straight until you reach Piazza IV Novembre.

• Bus

  From the main train station (Centrale FS), you can catch Bus Line 90 or 91. Board the bus towards the direction of your choice, but get off at the stop named 'Piazza della Repubblica'. From there, it is a short walk. Head south on Via Turati, turn right onto Via Melchiorre Gioia, and you will arrive at Piazza Quattro Novembre in about 10-15 minutes.
