Getting There

  • Walking

    From the central Marina Grande port in Capri, head towards the funicular station and take the funicular to the top of Capri. Once you arrive at the top station, follow the signs to Piazza Umberto I (also known as La Piazzetta). From La Piazzetta, you can find the bus stop for buses heading to Anacapri. Take the bus and get off at the stop for Anacapri. From there, walk to the bus terminal and transfer to a ferry that goes to Naples. Once in Naples, make your way to the nearest metro station and take the metro Line 1 towards Garibaldi. Get off at the Garibaldi station and then transfer to Line 2 towards Pozzuoli. Alight at the Napoli Centrale station. From there, walk to Piazza San Gaetano, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

  • Ferry

    From Capri, head to the Marina Grande port and take a ferry to Naples. The ferry ride takes about 50 minutes. Upon arrival at the Naples port, follow the signs to the public transportation area. You can take a local bus or a taxi to Piazza San Gaetano. If you prefer, you can also walk, which takes approximately 25 minutes from the ferry terminal.

  • Taxi

    Once you arrive at Marina Grande in Capri, you can hire a taxi to take you directly to the ferry terminal. Upon arrival in Naples, you can either take another taxi or use public transport (like the metro) to reach Piazza San Gaetano. If taking a taxi, provide the driver with the address: Piazza San Gaetano, 69, 80138 Napoli NA.

  • Public Bus

    From the main square in Capri, La Piazzetta, take a local bus to the Marina Grande port. Once at the port, board the ferry to Naples. After arriving at the Naples port, take bus number 1 or 151 towards the city center and get off at the stop for Piazza San Gaetano.
