From the Amalfi Cathedral (Duomo di Amalfi), head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi towards the main square. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop. Take the SITA bus to Naples, which will take you directly to the city. Upon arriving in Naples, disembark at the main bus terminal (Piazza Garibaldi). From there, you can catch the Metro Line 2 towards Pozzuoli. Alight at the 'Garibaldi' station and transfer to Line 1 towards Piscinola. Get off at 'Dante' station. Exit the station and walk towards the historical center. Follow the signs for Via S. Gregorio Armeno, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.

From Amalfi, go to the bus station located near the main square. Purchase a ticket for the SITA bus to Naples. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Naples bus terminal, follow the signs to the Metro. Take Metro Line 2 towards Pozzuoli and transfer at the Garibaldi station to Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola. Get off at the 'Dante' station. From there, walk about 15 minutes to Via S. Gregorio Armeno, where the Chiostro di San Gregorio Armeno is located.
