From the main square of Capri, Piazzetta di Capri, head towards Via Vittorio Emanuele and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and follow it until you reach the bus stop 'Capri'. Take the bus towards Anacapri, which is clearly marked. Once you arrive in Anacapri, get off at the stop 'Forte di Bruto'. From the bus stop, continue walking along Via Forte del Pino. Follow the signs for Sentiero dei Fortini Borbonici. The trailhead will be on your left, marked by a sign.

If you prefer a more scenic route, from the Piazzetta di Capri, walk towards Via Tragara. Follow Via Tragara until you reach the viewpoint at the Punta Tragara. From there, you can enjoy stunning views before retracing your steps and heading towards Via Breccia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Forte del Pino. Turn left and follow the road until you find the entrance to the Sentiero dei Fortini Borbonici on your right.
