Walking
From the Pompeii archaeological site, exit through the main entrance and walk towards the Pompei Scavi train station. Once there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Anacapri' stop. Upon exiting the train station, take the local bus (Line 1) towards Anacapri. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Via Giuseppe Orlandi' stop, and you will find the Museo Casa Rossa just a short walk away at Via Giuseppe Orlandi, 78.

From the Pompeii archaeological site, head to the nearest bus stop and take the SITA bus towards Sorrento. You will need to transfer at Sorrento, where you will catch another SITA bus heading to Anacapri. Once in Anacapri, get off at 'Via Giuseppe Orlandi' stop. The Museo Casa Rossa will be a short walk from the bus stop.
