Car
From Cervinia, head southeast on the SS26 road. Continue on the SS26 for about 30 kilometers (approximately 30 minutes) until you reach the town of Aosta. Once in Aosta, follow the signs for 'Centro Storico' to get to Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII. You can park in the nearby parking areas, such as Parcheggio Porta Pretoria, and walk to the square.

Take the train from Cervinia to Aosta. First, you will need to catch a local bus or taxi to the nearby train station in Chatillon. From Chatillon, take the train towards Aosta. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Aosta train station, exit the station and walk towards the bus terminal. From there, take a local bus heading to the historical center, or you can walk straight to Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.
