If you're starting from Riomaggiore, take the train to Manarola. From Manarola, walk to the Via del Amore path and enjoy the scenic views. After reaching Corniglia, continue your journey to Vernazza via train. Once in Vernazza, board another train to Monterosso al Mare. From Monterosso, catch a train back to La Spezia and switch to a local bus to Volastra. The bus will take you to a stop near Via Montello. From the bus stop, it's a short walk along Via Montello to reach Azienda Agricola Capellini Luciano.
