Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near the Santa Maria Novella station, exit the station and head towards Via Nazionale. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via dei Calzaiuoli and walk towards Piazza della Signoria. Once you arrive at the Piazza della Signoria, you can see the Uffizi Gallery. Continue along the same street and follow it until you reach the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Piazza Santo Spirito. From there, take Via del Carmine, and you will arrive at Piazza del Carmine in about 5 minutes.

    From the Santa Maria Novella train station, take Bus number 11 or 36 from the bus stop located outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Piazza Tasso' stop. From there, walk towards Piazza del Carmine, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head southwest on Via di Santo Spirito, and then turn left onto Via del Carmine. You will see Piazza del Carmine ahead.
