Purchase a ticket and board the bus heading to Gambassi Terme. The journey will take approximately one hour. Once you reach Gambassi Terme, get off at the bus stop closest to the town center. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Via Santa Maria a Chianni, 69. The villa is located about 3 km from the bus stop, so walking may take around 35-40 minutes.

From Florence, take a train from Santa Maria Novella station towards Certaldo. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Certaldo station, exit the station and look for the local bus service that goes to Gambassi Terme. Board the bus and get off at Gambassi Terme. From there, you can either walk to Villa Via Francigena or take a taxi. The villa is about 6 km from the Gambassi Terme bus stop, which would take around 1 hour to walk.
