If you're starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head east on Via dei Servi towards Piazza San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. Here, take the Via de' Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Once you reach Piazza della Signoria, turn left onto Via dei Neri. Continue straight until you hit Via Camillo Cavour, where you will find the notable street. It should take about 20 minutes of walking.
Public Transport - Bus
From the central train station, Santa Maria Novella, take bus number 1 or 17 from the bus stop located outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Fossato' stop. Take tram number 1 from the 'Santa Maria Novella' tram stop towards 'Villa Costanza.' Ride the tram for 4 stops and get off at the 'Belfiore' stop. From there, walk east along Via Camillo Cavour for about 10 minutes to reach the notable street.
